A cloud-based tool called Xactium Incident Manager that allows users to record and manage security threats and frauds and gives them real-time management information has been rolled out by the Greater London Authority (GLA).
According to Vincent Fihosy, city operations programme director at the GLA, “the system has provided the authority with greater flexibility in its information management services”.
The GLA has partnered with the London Resilience Team and other local authorities to track, manage and report issues across the city.
The system is available on a subscription basis on Force.com.
