‘My Doncaster’ will allow residents to report on issues including missed bin collections, dumped waste, drainage issues, broken pavements, graffito, anti-social behaviour and abandoned vehicles. These reports will be automatically forwarded to the right officer in the council.
In addition, the service will allow users to find information and feedback on actions via a mobile app, look up key news in Doncaster, search for council facilities, look up planning applications, council tax bands and employment vacancies. Any issues raised outside the local area will be automatically sent to the correct council, via GPS mapping technology.
