IT and business services provider Agilisys announced today that following its acquisition of loGo_net, which is focused on improving citizens’ online experience, the offering has been renamed ‘Agilisys Engage’. The rebrand emphasises the solution’s ability to increase citizens’ engagement with their local council online – and therefore drive efficiencies through channel shift — by better understanding their usage patterns and suggesting additional areas of interest.
Founder Ben Darlington, now Head of Informatics at Agilisys, said “I’m delighted to have a new name for this offering that reflects what our customers across local government have always known – that is, the value Agilisys Engage delivers in terms of increasing understanding of their citizens online and ensuring our customers’ sites deliver more of what citizens want and need, therefore improving those citizens’ experience, usage, and satisfaction.”
Agilisys Engage joins Agilisys’ growing suite of products built to deliver efficiencies and improved citizen experience for local government, including the Agilisys Digital platform launched last year.
Agilisys Products Director Nigel Muirhead added, “With Agilisys Engage we have yet another strong offering joining Agilisys Digital, Agilisys Revenue Collections, and Agilisys Cloud in our portfolio of products that improve citizens’ experience whilst at the same time delivering significant savings for our local government customers.”
As part of the rebrand, Agilisys Engage will unveil a new logo and microsite as part of its upcoming customer forum to be held in London on April 9th.
