Denmark-based Siteimprove is a supplier of web management tools for websites and claims that it provides hosted website governance services to over 50% of UK councils. Keeping this in mind they have decided to take a road trip around the country to visit councils and learn more about their needs.
From mid-June onwards, its government and public sector account managers and training and support specialists will travel to find out what web governance aims, challenges and objectives councils face with their websites and how they can help.
Currently, they plan to visit four Greater Manchester councils in June, followed by a trip to the West and East Midlands. They are planning further trips in September and October.
