Agilisys has announced that Engage, a software offering that was introduced 6 months ago, has had several new clients sign up. This includes one third of London boroughs amongst others now using the software to drive channel shift and deliver improvements in customer service.
According to a press release, the software is now anonymously and securely profiling over 3.5 million people per month across its client base and using this information to help digital visitors – whether on a computer or via mobile devices – have a better online experience with their council.
Ben Darlington, Agilisys Head of Informatics of Agilisys, has said that “the success of Agilisys Engage lies behind its simple implementation and the analysis and customer knowledge it can provide to local authorities. In addition to the millions each month benefiting from our council clients’ use of the core platform, our webchat function is now offering targeted and live online assistance to over 210,000 visitors to local authority websites per month”.
Agilisys Engage are offering a free Webinar on how you can increase channel-shift and improve the experience of your citizens. Interested parties can register here.
