Dods (Group) Plc, a provider of political and government information and communication services, has announced that it is to acquire public sector publishing titles from Sift Media, an international B2B publisher. The agreement is for Sift Media’s PublicTechnology.net, PublicTenders.net and BusinessCloud9.com titles and its associated events, UK Public Sector Digital Awards and Business Cloud Summit.
Tom Dunkerley, Managing Director, Sift Media said: “Over the last 4 years, we’ve established a dedicated community of public sector professionals across PublicTechnology.net, PublicTenders.net and BusinessCloud9.com. Our event programmes have led the way from focusing on the early rise of Cloud computing through to recognising excellence in public sector digital projects. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved. But our vision for Sift Media going forward is firmly rooted in our core strengths – servicing the needs of business communities within the private sector. The agreement with Dods enables the continued developed of these titles and events by company with strong public sector influences, experiences and audiences.”
