Agilisys and Team Netsol formalise exclusive partnership


IT and business services provider Agilisys has signed a formal partnership agreement with leading eBenefits software provider Team Netsol. Successfully working together for three years as part of the seamless implementation of the Agilisys Digital platform, the exclusive partnership will further strengthen the relationship and enable more integrated forward planning.

Team Netsol’s eBenefits solution is a core part of the Agilisys Digital platform,  enabling both the customer and contact centre advisors to use a single interface to apply for benefits or record a change in circumstances, and then easily track the status ensuring a single joined up view of the citizen’s interactions. Tight integration with the Agilisys platform provides the optimum path for delivering the customer experience, driving efficiencies and realizing quantifiable savings for Councils coping with stretched budgets.

Over 60 Local Authorities use Team Netsol’s  eBenefits solution BECS Claims to automate Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit processing and is a key contributor to the business case for digital services.Team Netsol pride themselves on delivering effective, scalable solutions to the private and public sectors alike.
