Communicators and technologists from across government will meet on 21 November 2013 to exchange best practices in digital communications, new technologies and channel shift. The free event, titled ‘Reaching More People: Transforming Public Service Delivery with Collaborative Communications’ is hosted by GovDelivery, a provider of public sector cloud-based communication solutions, and will be held at the National Audit Office in London. The conference brings together over 100 government employees and contractors to learn and discuss concrete steps public sector organisations can take to meet channel shift and drive stakeholder actions to meet mission goals.
Attendees will discuss and learn best practices around leveraging digital communications to meet their organisation’s Digital by Default initiatives. Several public sector communications experts will provide insightful communications strategies and tactics to help facilitate collaboration across all levels of government to transform services delivery and have real impact on channel shift goals.
