Govtoday is hosting the Digital Britain conference in celebration of the World Wide Web’s 25th birthday on the 23rd September in London. Not only was the WWW a British invention, but Britain is now renowned globally as a leading light in digital services and technologies.
‘Digital Britain – A Global Leader’ will showcase some of the reasons why the UK commands such an elevated position in the digital era, which areas still need attention and will speculate what the next 25 years may hold.
The very latest policies, strategies, funding and developments will be discussed and debated covering a plethora of topics from infrastructure to inclusion. Examples of highly successful digital hubs will be shared providing delegates with insight as to how the industry is growing and how digital technologies can continue to enhance social and economic wellbeing.
