Brent Borough Council has selected Agilisys to deliver its innovative digital platform, which allows ‘once and done’ citizen access to council services online. The council will work with its new partner to implement a number of modules available in the multi-channel platform, including mobile accessibility, ensuring 24/7 access to core services such as council tax and benefits.
Implementation of Agilisys Digital, with its MyAccount portal, will enable a significantly improved, seamless online experience for residents, whilst at the same time generating savings for the council.
Through use of ‘Single Sign On’, Agilisys will bring together the council’s existing investments in eForms and multiple digital services to create a single, joined up digital ecosystem within the customers’ MyAccount portal. Agilisys will also provide configurable end-to-end transactional modules within key high volume service areas such as council tax and benefits to deliver significant cost savings to the council.
The implementation will also include integration with the Agilisys Engage personalisation software, further improving the users’ online experience by increasing understanding of visitors’ needs as they use the website, and then serving up the most relevant content based on this knowledge.
