The full list of suppliers that have been chosen for the government’s Network Services framework – RM1045 – has been disclosed.
Made up of “around a third small and medium enterprises”, the framework will provide access to both PSN compliant and non-PSN services, and will replace the former legacy agreements, including PSN Connectivity, PSN Services and Telephony Services.
Within the framework, there are ten technology lots: “data access, local connectivity, traditional telephony, inbound telephony, IP telephony, mobile voice and data services, paging services, video conferencing, audio conferencing and integrated communications”.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has said that the framework will deliver savings of approximately 16 per cent, compared with the previous setup.
