A new report has shown that, according to UK businesses, on average 33 working days are lost a year to outdated government online services.
Global technology company EMC polled a “nationally representative sample” of 614 UK business decision makers through the market research firm Opinium for the study, entitled ‘Future of a Digital Government’.
Over half of 18-34 year olds questioned want more online services in business support, and a third think online tax services need the most drastic improvement.
