Agilisys’ revenue collection service has been accredited by the Credit Services Association (CSA) in recognition of its professional standards of debt collection and customer care.
The Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) is awarded to debt collection organisations whose collectors demonstrate knowledge of the sector’s regulatory compliance requirements.
Knowledge and understanding
Agilisys Revenue Collection staff were tested on their knowledge and understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority regulatory framework, data protection and consumer credit law.
To be awarded the certificate, 70 per cent of collectors must complete the knowledge test and obtain an 80 per cent score to pass. The Agilisys revenue collectors that took the test passed with an average score rate of 90.1 per cent.
‘A commitment to compliance’
A spokesperson from the CSA said: “I am delighted to formally congratulate Agilisys Contact Services on gaining CAI ‘Company Accreditation’ status. This status demonstrates the professional standard of Agilisys and its collectors, benchmarked against the highest industry standards.”
Sean Gallacher, contact centre delivery director at Agilisys, who oversees the Revenue Collection service added: “We are delighted with our accreditation and extremely proud of the employees who have taken part in the initiative. Following our recent award for excellence in debt management by the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation, this accreditation further demonstrates our commitment to compliance and ensuring the best possible service for our valued customers and clients.”
