With National Customer Service Week now upon us (it runs from 2-6 October), a webinar that looks at how public sector organisations can deliver a seamless customer experience has been announced.

Taking place on Wednesday 4 October from 11am to 12pm, the webinar is being hosted by CCA and Agilisys. The session will discuss how making cost savings and driving efficiency are often the drivers of service transformation and how, when those drivers are aligned with digital as an enabler, customer experience and quality in customer centric service can be improved.

The top tips for delivering a seamless customer experience will be explored by the panel of experts who will offer a personal perspective on a range of issues including:

  • Understanding why customers make contact in the first place
  • Designing services for tomorrow’s citizens and customers
  • the role BPO plays to meet increased customer expectations for mobile and digital services
  • how some organisations are utilising BPO arrangements to implement new capabilities and expertise, specifically when it comes to using enabling technologies to deliver customer service
  • how digital customers service delivery leaders and experts are tacking and addressing the issues raised

Ashley Bryant, Director of Customer Service at Agilisys, said: “To coincide with this year’s National Customer Service Week, Agilisys is delighted to be hosting a webinar with CCA focusing on delivering a seamless customer service.

“The week-long national awareness event is a great opportunity for organisations to better understand how they can deliver enhanced customer experiences by transforming systems and processes. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of leading experts on the webinar, including North Somerset Council, who will share their experiences of deploying enabling technologies to transform services and aid citizen engagement.”
