As HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) prepares to change to a new IT delivery model, it has announced that it will be bringing some current IT services under its own control.
From April 6 employers need to register existing and new share schemes and arrangements online with HMRC. This will enable them to file share scheme returns and information digitally.
